Anna is a certified Reiki healer with a passion for promoting holistic wellness. Combining intuitive healing abilities with an understanding of Reiki principles Anna creates a peaceful and supportive environment for each client's unique experience. Through the use of gentle touch Anna works to enhance relaxation, clear blockages, and restore harmony within the body, mind and soul. In addition to Reiki Anna holds a passion for meditation and nutrition guidance. She believes it's the true trifecta to the healthiest individual. Through these holistic practices whether individual or group sessions Anna helps clients reconnect with their inner peace and well being.
