Come sit in ceremony with the medicine of cacao! 

Cacao is known in some indigenous cultures as the nectar from the gods. The Mayans used it for medicinal purposes but also for the purpose of connecting your spirit to the spirit of the universe. A natural superfood raw from the jungles will be specially prepared for you. Each sip invites the heart chakra to open up. 

From there we will set intentions and move into spirit work. We will take 1/2 hr to warm up our bodies and invite deeper breathing for deeper relaxation and clarity. You will then be guided into your savasana with a sound bath. 

If you’ve never experienced a sound bath it is an incredible healing medicine as well! It may encourage a state of deep relaxation. It is a deeply personal experience being unique to the person’s own physical and emotional state.
