Classes, Events, & Services Cancellation Policy

24-Hour Advance Notice is Required We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for rescheduling and canceling. Missed appointments are costly in lost time and revenue, and they prevent us from providing services to other clients. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

Rescheduling your class or event registration may be done at any time up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time through the confirmation email sent to you at the time of your initial booking.

Requesting to cancel a class or event registration may be done at any time by contacting us before your scheduled appointment, and are offered the following options for canceled services and events refunds:

  • Issued a coupon code with the value of the service cost as a credit that may be applied to any class or event at The Muse KC.

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method.

Canceling a class or event and requesting a refund within 24 hours before your scheduled registration time may result in a 50% maximum refund, and may either be issued as a coupon code credit for a future class/event or is issued to the original payment method (exclusions apply).

No-Shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their registered class or event time for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged the full amount for that session. This amount must be paid before the next scheduled appointment. If there is credit remaining on your account (pre-paid sessions, gift certificates, etc), the full amount of that session will be removed from your account.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that opening.

Late Arrivals: To honor all of our guests’ experiences and minimize any disruptions, it is important to arrive no later than the registered start time of the class or event. Arriving any time after the start time may result in no entry. If this is the case, we offer a coupon code equal to the value of your registered ticket to apply to any class or event at The Muse KC. Contact us for support.

Out of respect and consideration to your teacher/guide and other guests, please plan accordingly, and be ready and on time.

Product Cancellation & Return Policy

Young Living® products purchased through The Muse KC maintain a 100% quality guarantee. If you purchase a Young Living product through us and are not completely satisfied, depending on how much product is used, a total or partial refund may be issued.

Young Living® diffusers maintain a one-year warranty. If you purchase a Young Living diffuser through The Muse KC that does not seem to function properly, please contact info@themusekc.com as soon as possible for support.

Changes to the Policy

The Muse KC reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time.
